Tợ ánh sao đêm sáng rực trời
Muôn hình đa dạng cánh hoa rơi

Nhộn nhịp nơi nơi tiếng gọi mời
Hạnh phúc theo nhau đến mọi nhà
Niềm tin hy vọng mãi thăng hoa
Người người rạng rỡ niềm vui mới
Ý đẹp lời trao vọng vọng xa
Năm cũ qua mơ ước thỏa lòng
Vạn điều muôn sự khởi hanh thông
Chén chú chén anh nghe rôm rả
Nhấc chén hân hoan cạn rượu nồng

Like a falling star at night that brightly illuminates the whole sky
It has multiple shapes and figures of flowers that are falling by
Fireworks in waves are spurting colours here and there
While people’s callings and invitations are bustling and heard everywhere
Happiness is coming to everyone’s home in succession
Faith and hope are continuously transforming into sublimation
New joy is shown and everyone’s countenance is radiant
Good intentions and flowery words are sent and resent over the distance
Old year has passed with all the expectations fulfilled satisfactorily
Now tens of thousands of things start to come and flow in smoothly
One glassful for you, another for me to drink up so boisterously
Let’s lift the glasses and drink the scented liquor up so noisily merry
