hỡi người bạn tha phương
xin chào mừng thăm hỏi
hỡi con chim tìm hướng
hãy đậu lại thảnh thơi

hỡi luồng gió bến trời
nhớ tìm về lá ngủ
chờ ngàn giọt sương thu
nhập dòng sông vời vợi

hẹn cánh hoa trong mơ
dưới mưa trăng hé nở
hẹn đêm linh giăng tơ
nhuộm cõi biếc xanh mờ

nhớ người tình tri ân
bên kia dòng sông mặn
từ nguồn mắt xa xăm
mùa xuân nào khơi đậm

hỡi người yêu hôm nay
hãy để hồn thức dậy
từ cõi nhớ thoáng phai
trong lòng xưa sống lại

o friend scattered throughout the world
hello and compliment
o bird in search of refuge
perch quietly

o breeze of heaven
try to find the leaves of asylum
wait a thousand drops of dew
fill the river with wonders

inviting the petals of dream
to blossom in the moon rain
and the celestial soul to stretch from silk
to tint this realm pale blue

remember the charming lover
on the other side of the salted river
from this gaze of a distant source
with the spring of dazzling blossoming

o lover of today

let your soul awaken
from this scarcely etiolated world
to be ecstatic again at the loves of yesteryears

ô ami dispersé dans le monde
bonjour et compliment
ô oiseau en recherche de refuge
perche-toi tranquillement

ô brise du ciel
essaie de trouver les feuilles d’asile
attends mille gouttes de rosée
remplir la rivière à merveilles

invitant les pétales de rêve
à s’épanouir sous la pluie de lune
et l’âme céleste à s’étirer de soie
pour teinter ce domaine bleu pâle

souviens-toi de l’amoureux charmant
à l’autre côté de la rivière salée
de ce regard de source lointaine
au printemps de floraison éclatante

ô amante d’aujourd’hui
laisse ton âme se réveiller
de ce monde à peine étiolé
pour s‘extasier à nouveau aux amours d’antan
